I think you should all know that I had a very disagreeable experience with this vendor.

I ordered two sets of the 5.0 badge dots. Only one set arrived. I also ordered the carbon fiber surround. It arrived with a hole through the envelope and the vinyl. I immediately contacted him and he turned around to accusing me of damaging it myself. Even though I provided photo proof. Even though he knows I am an attorney and have no need to lie about a piece of vinyl, and even though he mailed it to me without any cardboard protection like AmericanMuscle and everyone else does. He refused to send the missing dots (i.e. he stole $8 from me) and refused to send me a replacement vinyl or reimburse me. So I feel compelled to pass along the information.

After the exchange above and him blocking me on Facebook so that I couldn't post on any of his sale posts there, he has now refunded me my money. But the experience was still terrible and it goes to show what kind of company he is running. I did not want me money back. I wanted the product I paid for in working condition. Had he handled it like a respectable business and just sent a replacement, I would be here telling you how positively he handled a bad situation. Instead, here is proof of our exchange and him calling me a liar. I take pride in being a professional and respectable member of our society. I don't take kindly to being called a liar or to being accused of fraud.

No, this was not a goddamn user error. If you're going to post our conversation, then here you go. All you're doing is making things worse for yourself by taking this shitty attitude.

You know that's not what happened. I may have responded to that question with a bad answer because I was with my son at the time. But the photographs clearly show the hole through the envelope, the backing paper and the carbon fiber material. In what way could one possibly make a HOLE, not a tear, while lifting a piece of vinyl?

You made an ass of yourself with how you handled this. If you keep fighting and trying to suggest "user error" (which really means you're saying I damaged it and tried to lie to you about it), I will fight. Up to you.

Please do. Maybe put some cardboard in the envelope to protect the vinyl. That's how most vinyl products I've ordered come. So far no problems with deliveries until this one. I'll wait for the new ones before posting about quality or fitment. If you have the dot for the engine 5.0 badge, send me that instead. Thats why I ordered two sets from you one for side decals and one to use on the engine bay. I just saw today they might be slightly different sizes?

No, that is not what I said. What kind of question is that. I told you it arrived torn. Now you asked me if I tried lifting it and it was torn. I tried lifting it because you asked and confirmed the tear is through the material not just the surface. I got to tell you this is really disappointing for you to even try to turn things on me. I don't know if you realize the three letters in my signature mean I am a licensed attorney. I don't take kindly to the implications you are making here. Send a new product or refund my money. I'm done here. I will post my review when it is all said and done. Up to you what people will be reading.
