for a stock trans? ive heard the rxt is a little hard on a stock trans so its recommended to go rst? but if you go to the track (drag strip) at all then to stay away from the rst?

i plan on keeping the trans stock for a bit and eventually upgrading it. i do know mcleod offers a program that you can ship them your rst and they will make it a rxt...

RXT without a doubt. Don't waste your time with anything else. I just installed a RXT and couldn't be happier. The clutch actually feels better than stock. I made the mistake and went with a ACT HD clutch/Flywheel "rated at 605 torque" prior to this. It was horrible and a complete waste of money. I took it to the dyno after breakin and the damn thing was slipping really bad. I replaced it with the RXT after the ACT had 1000 miles on it and the ACT was purple lol. Organic disc are just not going to hold the power of a Whipple.
