How’s it going guys,

E85 vortech car, sat for two weeks. Started driving it again and noticed the car felt funny. Pulled the plugs and cylinder 3 from passenger side looked like this (pic one below) changed all the plugs. A week and a half later the same cylinder looks like this (pic 2 below) WTF any help? (Compression was good). Flow tested the injectors and they were a little off but nothing was wrong with them. I haven't thrown any codes for misfires or anything. What can keep causing this plug to rust like this? Its only in that one cylinder. Any help is appreciated

Thanks guys!

Head gasket, crack in the cylinder wall. Do a leakdown hot. Pressurize the cooling system and use a borescope in the cylinder.
