I think we'll actually know something tomorrow.

Like, facts.

Let's see how far off we are later this evening for the reveal.

Please excuse my dumbassedness but by locked PCM are we talking a situation where it would be 100% impossible for any tuner to make any change whatsoever to the factory tune? Period?

I would assume it's going to be very similar to the PCM being used in the Bronco and 21+ F150 where there's over the air updates as well as a very strong encryption to it. Hence why the tuning companies such as HP Tuners and SCT haven't offered tuning support for those vehicles yet. I'm sure at some point someone will figure it out but it seems to be getting harder and harder to tune these new vehicles.

Good Lord. If accurate it seems to me that could pretty much decimate the entire Mustang aftermarket industry.

Nothin wrong with coming up with our own thoughts in anticipation/excitement!
It's been over milked. The starter button proves that out. I am surprised there wasn't an "All new lug nut" reveal today.

ok, I'm typically kinda old school when it comes to dash design, I like the analog speed/tach with supporting gages around it. I find the stand s550 dash to be stunning for me. amazing in its simplicity.

but that is not so bad at all. definitely more modern.

and the rear view in that pic looks very sharp

still not sold on the front yet, may have to see that in person

(if those pics are real of course)
