This kid is higher than a kite if he thinks the CF Track Package will be 8K over base. Probably in the 20K range over base.....
He's not far off. 350R was only $10k more than a 350 and the carbon value alone was over $25k.

Holy hell, who hired her?! Hahahaha
You should have been there to hear the 16 year old kid explaining the carbon fiber wheels to his friends. I quote, "See that (pointing to the white inner barrel)? That shows you the wheels AREN'T real carbon fiber. That's how they get you." That kid is gonna grow up and do a 7.3 swap.

No, just more dollars, than sense, but thats true of any first year performance car. I feel like most that over pay are also garaging, or doing serious track, the "average guy" never really has a shot at a 1st year nice car. I make good money, but due ot markups a new GT350 wasnt even in my price range till the 2018 model and the markups finnally came to a close.
Im an average guy, deposit made. youll see it in Philly ;)

I'd be amazed if any dealer isnt going to ask a markup. Hope you're not trusting a Fred Beans dealer. Had them fuck me over 3 times.

I’ve got an MSRP deal in the works (gentlemen's agreement at the moment) with the same dealership that sold me my 2016 GT350 for MSRP back in August of 2015. The deals can be found. Not all dealers like to rape customers and many reward repeat business.

That’s awesome! It’s absolutely crazy to pay a markup. If consumers had any control over their buying emotions then dealers wouldn’t be able to have a markup. I won’t ever pay a markup.

You mean like when gas prices go up and people complain. You think people will go days without buying gas?

Let’s say every citizen stops buying gas for a week. Sure it’ll hurt the oil industry. And they’ll lower the prices. Until you buy again anyhow.

Dealers know people want this car. They know there’s an ass for every seat.
You may not pay the ADM. But someone will crack and jump on it just to get their hands on one.

I’m not ashamed to admit that I paid adm on both of my GT350/R. I paid $5k over on my 16 track pack and $10k over on my 18 R.

I wouldn’t pay over $10k on the top GT500 model.

Dealers in my area (Detroit - Ann Arbor) are still asking up to $25k adm on 19 R’s.
