What is the Jay Leno product that you used?

It leaves a satin finish, not any wet, goopy, drippy, sloppy and tacky appearance.

Griot's rubber cleaner has been my go-to for a while, similar results. I hate shiny tires that fling all over too.

I'm in the same camp, I prefer satin/matte sheen. If anything, I like a touch more gloss but not wet looking slickness. Put it this way, I like to see that I have something on them. I also think the brand of tire takes dressing differently. The factory Pirelli's on my Mustang seem to exaggerate the gloss of any given tire dressing compared to the Dunlop's on my XR8.

For me basically, like a tire that looks driven . Looking at cars some look fast sitting still. Same idea for tires warm & sticky looking parked .
