Did a little project about a year ago. Saw a person or two that cut out slots for their roush winglets in the rear. I was crazy enough to do it, along with the front too. Came out okay. Definitely not perfect, some slight gaps but they never bothered me too much. You will have to mount roush winglets a bit differently and hang them off the side rockers more to get it looking right. It should be noted that you will need 2 sets of roush winglets for this to work
As for as condition and quality go these are beat up. The plastic is worn on one the edges and I had to use trim paint to touch it up. There also appears to be some gunk build up along the edges. One of the inserts that go into the rocker is misformed from me jacking the car up and should probably just get cut off. I also cut some sections off that got in the way of me jacking the car up.
For install I Recomend getting some self tapping screws. On my new one I also used a rivet gun for some spots which worked great.
Niche item in my opinion so it will be supper cheap $40 plus shipping (OBO)
I will put pictures of it installed so people can see what it looks like too
