I'm running the Roush stage 1, 2.3L blower on my car, does any body know if the tune changes when going into sport or track mode?

Depends on what you are calling the tune.

The afr target and timing should not change.

Throttle mapping does.

I'm running the exact same setup and I can tell for sure in the throttle response when I change the modes.

Not sure why you two would have different feelings, but if roush tune increased the throttle gain, then the mode change wouldn't feel different.
