I have 2017 Mustang GT with Roush supercharger phase 2 kit.
Ford Performance Crate Engine S/C Aluminator 9.5:1 Compression
JPC- TREMEC MAGNUM XL COMPLETE CONVERSION KIT
Gear Ratio:
2.66/1.78/1.30/1.00/.74/.50
McLeod RXT Clutch
Driveshaft: 3.5 Aluminum Driveshaft w/ Billet 1350 Yoke
Flywheel: McLeod Aluminum 8 bolt
ARH 2" X 3" HEADERS & OFF ROAD X-PIPE LONG SYSTEM
MBRP
AEM30-3300 AEM V2 Water/Methanol Injection Kit
FORE INNOVATIONS 11-17 5.0L FUEL SYSTEM UPGRADE FOR E85 (DUAL 500)
Injectors-Dynamics-ID1300-Injectors-id1300x
Running E85

I've reached the TVS max capacity with 16 PSI of boost, looking to gain the maximum power out of the above setup.
Should I go with VMP Gen3R?
Any other suggestions?
What are my alternatives?

Thanks

I seem to see others saying Roush is coming out with a 3.1 TVS soon, but I cannot find any real info.

There's maybe 2 guys in the entire nation who've max'd out the huff on a 3.0. Given the expense of the 3.8 system (and the weight) I'd be much more inclined to run a 3.0 with a 10 rib as the only advantage the 3.8 will provide 99.99% of amateur enthusiasts is more boost at lower screw speeds.

I'm all about "bigger is better" but the 3.0 is capable of supporting like 1300 rwhp.

VMP Gen3R or a 3.0 Whipple. You can't go wrong with either. We are having black Friday sales going on for both. Give me a shout if you have any questions.

Gen3R should be good for 25psi boost. Of course, a larger blower (if all else remains equal I.e design/rotors) should provide for cooler/denser air at the same boost as a smaller blower.

So a 3l or even 3.8l Whipple might give more hp at the same boost as the 2.65l VMP, but you might want to look at the relevant torque-curves too, as that could be the decider for you. The whipple will probably make more power up high vs the VMP.

Do you have idea when the 3.8L will be available?

Not at all, Mate, sorry. Perhaps Lethal Performance or Beefcake can tell us more ;)

Look like I will need to wait for the next Black Friday ;-)
Again, why wouldn't a whipple 3.0 suit your needs? I'm certain it will be very comparable (if not better) than the TVS 3.1 and price wise, with a black Friday special and the newness of the 3.1 series (and the ever creeping costs of the roots variants) you'll probably be very similar in price, maybe even ahead.
