Roush Diagnostic Tool software

I am unable to download the software. I get an error stating 'Input string was not in a correct format'. Is this a bug? is there a fix?

The liaison person at my local dealership and I had a falling out years ago.

That's unfortunate. I'd contact Roush directly and tell them, maybe they will send you a new unit.
