Roush 670 HP kit puts down 624 RWHP 491 TQ at JDM Engineering!!!

We installed the TVS 2300 Roush Performance 670 HP Supercharger upgrade on our customer Mark Wolfermann's 2016 Roush RS2 this week. Mark brought the car in with a stock rated 435HP and is leaving with a 670+ HP monster! I think Roush did a great job with the tuning here as from the moment we fired the car up the fuel trims were on point and the AF looked great, especially at WOT on the dyno. After making 2 pulls and warming the car up we cooled it down and made a full 5th gear pull to the 7,000 RPM limiter. The Supercharger screamed making 10-11 psi max and the Roush exhaust roared out the back making almost unbearable to stand in the dyno room with out ear protection! In the end it made 624 RWHP and 491 TQ peak with a max 12.04 psi boost and average boost output of about 10 psi. Fluctuation in boost comes from stock exhaust manifolds, catalytic converters, and variable cam movement in the tuning. Otherwise the power curve was nice a smooth all the way through and a strong Torque curve that holds almost 500 lb/ft until redline! It's about 30* here today so easy to say the car has minimal traction! After a quick road test we were happy to sign off on the job knowing we did a killer install and Roush did their job with the tuning! Even better for the customer he is walking away keeping his warranty in tact and upgraded his RS2 to an RS3 while saving a few bucks!

i have the roush phase 1 kit, mine showed 590whp and 520wtq. not sure if gearing or what other factors come into play. i have manual with 3.55 gear ratio

That a pretty decent torque curve. Stays throughout the power band.
