Rotational clicking at 35-45mph from in front of passenger seat floorboard.

Does it at 35 to around 45. Clear as day. Attached is a video. I start at 30 and then you hear the sound a few seconds after video starts. I’m stumped. Please help me get to the bottom of this. Does this every time without fail. You’ll have to listen close to the video. You can’t hear it till I reach about 35.
