I have been looking into 2 piece Steeda rotors for front an back, they are normally 1800+ onsale for 1300+ at steeda. My issue alternate choice is Hawk Slotted/Drilled coated rotors that are about 700 for front and backs. Is the gains of a 2 piece rotor worth the money. Replacement maintenance disks are 1300 for front and rear, or go with Hawk Rotors. Being a maintenance type item I feel the cost vs gain is something to consider. If it was a permanent part of the vehicle I would most likely get the better set. Anyone else have an opinion.

Here are the Steeda rotors.

Here are the Hawks.

I like 2 piece rotors. You get a weight savings, they cool better, and you get a better peddle feel.

If you are street only a one piece is fine.

The reverse cooled rotors, like the ones you pictured, absolutely suck for performance use.
