Yes I live just south of you and drive them this time of year. The car is not a daily and doesn’t see much below 25 degree days. I haven’t had a problem out of them besides losing most of their grip cold. The issue more is cold rain which these tires are terrible in. The SC2 should absolutely not be ran cold that cold.Are you driving the PS4S in sub-45* weather? Michelin says the same about them as the SC2s, that they shouldn't be used below 45* and if they get below 20* they should warm up for 24 hours before use or they may crack.
I am planning to get PS4S for summer tires on another set of wheels, so the A/S 3+ would only get used in the winter alleviating the concern about their warmer temp behavior.

The treadwear on the rear with the AS3s was pretty terrible but they did hook up really well in the cold and I ran them into the warmer temps a little to far. Turn in feel was very numb compared to the PS4s. Road noise was better and they rode smoother.
