I'm sad for the Camaro to leave. Without competition you know Ford is going to get even lazier. There isn't much innovation or drive to do better when you are the last player standing. Especially now with Ford being the leader in the number of recalls. 🤔

Still going to sound like someone is blowing through a piece of paper. Trashola sound lol
They are copying the BMW S58 engine, which provides huge power in the BMW M models and sounds better than you think. That inline howl and sound of the wastegate as it shifts is quite addicting and an excellent way to ruin your gas mileage.

I think it is sad that Dodge and Chevy have decided to no longer continue their gas performance cars. I guess they gave in to the Green New Deal BS. What I find funny with Chevy, is they are continuing to offer the Corvette?

I am sure it sounds better but when compared to a V8 growl there is no comparison, that is just my taste.

Guaranteed they're making more money selling corvettes than camaros.

Camaro always was 3rd on the sales charts to challenger and mustang, but the corvette doesn't really have any competition (IMO).

I'm glad I got mine, but I really hope the Camaro comes back sooner rather than later as the same type of car - a sports coupe with a big IC engine with great handling.
I saw a you tube video of the 80’s camaro updated as a new model. That was a real nice car. In my opinion the current car was long in the tooth. They have kept the current design way too long. They should have re-designed it a few years ago. Maybe use the 80’s model as a start or 70’s. They could have capitalized on all those who wanted one back in the day and couldn’t buy one but could afford it now. I’m not a Chevy fan but have owned them in the past. I’m sure this was a disappointment to all chevy fans.

Hopefully GM learns from Ford and doesn't use the Camaro name on a car that Camaro fans will despise. Just use a different name, please.
Ford has gone totally nuts on names..Called the electric suv a Mustang which was strange but they didn't stop there...lets call a Truck a maverick.

I don't mind the Maverick name on a small, inexpensive pickup. I think it works. It doesn't supplant anything. It's not like there were lots of people looking forward to buying new Mavericks in the last 30+ years.

It’s about time they stop making them. Now they need to get rid of all the scat packs or at least that stupid charger.

The Camaro assembly line is still running full tilt. They just slap the caddy badge on the front.

Camaro will be back by 26 at the latest as a reskinned 2 door ct4v.

Dodge is cooked. Their Alfa based successor will go nowhere because the drive line will suck. The Hornet is a catastrophic sales disaster

The ev market will burn down uncontrollably just like the battery packs. Economics will see to that.

Correct, as long as the Blackwings stay around the Camaro will live on in spirit. We’ll see how long it lasts. The Escalade is going electric in 2025, so they’re slowly picking off iconic nameplates for EV…

The 6G Camaro should have mimicked the '70-'73 big mouth cars, my favorite Camaro years of all. A modern take on that would have been a looker.

Nah, they'll slap the name on some lame 4-door thing, or crossover.

A co-worker has a CT4V, and it's a fantastic car. I love the thing.

My mom has a CT4-V as well. It’s a fun little 4 banger. The Blackwings are still getting ADM around here although not anywhere near what they were getting. 4V BW’s are getting a few grand, the 5V BW’s are $5-$10k last I saw. Whether they are actually getting it at sale I don’t know. My dad asked when he brought my moms car for an oil change a couple weeks ago and they would not tell him how of the asking ADM they’re actually getting

I should have specified, my coworker's ride is the Blackwing, I think he got it for MSRP. And I reiterate how much I love it.
