Yeah, I know. It was a pre-production car, so it was never going to be in-depth. I reckon we'll see "proper" road tests Spring '21.Man, I was really hoping for more substance...
Love it! Thanks for posting. Looking forward to testing my own once it shows up!
I would like to have some of your drugs please. Its no longer a marketing secret to use a British accent to sophisticate & item & sell it as well. That said.
The subliminal planting of "Mack"
(& Cheese),
burned into our minds over & over..
Does not quite convey what the Mock 1 is, nearly as easily as something like~~~
Its Bullitt w/a Tremec & PP2 handling 'bits'.
'Bits' is a limey word still?? Yes..
Lotta figure 8 rubber already laid down, on those 1st slow laps goin about the cones U secretly hope to hide from FoMoCo.
Do people hav to audition for the questions btw?
Cuz u hit a hm run- appearance wise-
w/snow sking - croc hunter.
Still nice to see something with a Proper Steering whl location, in the UK.
So its a Bullitt pwr'd PP2 car, while all we really wanna know of nothing of.
Tranny? Is it also a Bullitt's
'China gestopo gearbox'
for the pre production 'Mack' .. then?
Note to FoMoCo: please put some real ratios in the M6 version.
Otherwise just offer us the Dual clutch 7 speed for any amt.. ~ $5k+ option for when we 'huff' this thing.
All kidding aside. Nice pcs.
no mention of the clutch pack LSD either.... no Torsen for our export market Mach1, no Handling Pack either... its just stickers , gearbox change (if manual) and Bullitt spec engine. Shame really. they could have put the Tremec box and Torsen diff in the Bullitt and had a more classy car. ÂŁ55K + for a sticker pack and a better manual option is a little bit pricy for what is still a Ford Mustang with no Shelby branding and no improvement in build quality!Anyone else notice there was no mention of the rims? The example he tests doesn't have the standard non-HP rims or the HP rims. I've seen these on other Mustangs but not sure which package they come with.
