I thought the Handling Pack would consist of more than just wheels and spoilers. Also adding an aftermarket spoiler, wheels etc will never work as well than one designed by the manufactuer, as they do all the calcs to ensure the suspension/downforce etc is all setup correctly. Your mate Tony down the road is unlikely to do this.Ah, I didn't answer your first question. There's no indication the Handling Pack will be available outside of the US. I doubt Ford will homologate two versions for the rest of the world, given sales numbers will be relatively small.
I guess my point is, it'll be pretty easy to replicate the Handling Pack though. Add your own wider wheels, front lip and rear spoiler.
That's a massive disappointment if we're only getting the Bullitt Mark 2.
