Don’t have a picture, but a 255/40 is a recommended fit for a 10” rim while a 255/45 has a max recommended rim size of 9.5.

It doesn't have to 'seem' anything, just look up the tire manufacturer's specs and they'll tell you if they're ok to run on a 10" wheel, and yup usually a 10 wheel is indeed in-spec for a 255/40R19 tire.
They'll actually handle quite well being stretched a little you'll get a little more responsive handling versus mounting that same tire on a 9" wheel.
