Thought I would ask in the Convertible forum vs electronic one first

I have a 2021 Ecoboost Convertible and have no huge complaints on the stereo sound but wondering if replacing the rear speakers would help.
Mainly because they look super easy to swap :)

If so what brand/model did you use?

I don't have a convertible, but I went with the PowerBass units that are a direct plug-and-play swap in my 2018 coupe and I have no complaints. IIRC, the listing said they were also compatible with the convertible rears as well. The rear deck speakers are a complete joke, so anything is better than stock.

I also used Forscan to disable the rear EQ setting that basically cripples those speakers as well.

ACM 727-01-02 : x?xx xxxx xxxx Change ? To: 0-Disable EQ and rear speaker clipping

Couldn't tell you whether it's the same settings for a '21, so you may want to look into that to verify.

I have noticed with the top down it seems to drop the volume down. Don't know if its the acoustics or Ford not wanting people to be annoying :)
