Hi,
The cover over the airbag on the driver's seat (see photo attached) is very loose and rattles while driving. I would like to remove the cover to put some foam/flocking underneath to stop it moving ... but I don't want to damage the cover, or the airbag inside.

Has anyone removed this and can offer advice on the right approach to get the cover off? Much appreciated!

That's not an airbag cover, it's a seatbelt guide. It simply calls out the fact that there is an airbag in the seat. The airbag is buried deep in the seat along the side seam. It looks to me that the part that says 'airbag pyrs off, and there is a screw under it. just a guess though.

Dealership had to replace this on my '18 vert, as it was shattered. Tighten the screws under that cover. Or better yet....make Ford do it if you're still within your 3/36.
