My 2016 GT PP is making that same noise. I knew I had a bad wheel bearing and brought it in to the dealer last week. They confirmed the bad bearing and that was what was causing the noise. Now awaiting the part to arrive....

First thing to check is that the wheel doesn't wiggle when it is off the ground. There's a big thread on the spindle nut / bearing assembly coming loose and it seems to only affect PP cars. Mine has had this problem repeatedly across all four wheels, but the rears are definitely more troublesome.

I had checked my spindle nuts and they were tight. But I had play in the wheel when jacked and the creaking noise.

Just picked the car up from the dealer yesterday after they replaced the hub, and the sound is gone.
