Mine does it also. It has gotten worse or simply more noticeable with increases in power. It honestly feels like the car is planted but the body is still floating around. Mine also seemed to get worse with the lowering springs. Coilovers going on at Ridetech so I'm hoping they help a little along with the BMR stuff. I have decided that the car is a fat pig that's going to force me to replace the entire IRS before all is said and done.
I have come to the same conclusion. I am stacking parts in my warehouse and not driving car much til I get sufficient parts to put a dent in this IRS. :frusty:

I've driven it one time this week after the phase 2 upgrade and BMR stuff just to give some folks my impression of phase 2. I'm delivering it to Ridetech next week to let them have a go at it. In the short "spirited" drive it was improved (BMR) but I'm looking for a 400hp Miata LOL.

That's just it. My IRS is full upgraded.

All bushings replaced, Toe links, vertical links, IRS braces, lowering springs, DSS shafts. I did everything at once so I would not have to continually work on the car. That hasn't panned out at all and I am chasing stuff.

I even have the mysterious front end creek as well. When I pull out of the driveway I swear I am driving the titanic with all the noises. Coming from a Corvette then an Audi S6 it is bothersome to say the least.

That's my fear, that it can't truly be "fixed". The car handles well, just doesn't inspire confidence. It's what I get for trying to create an all around balanced and fast car. I'm probably chasing something that doesn't exist or would cost more than the car to correct.

That is my fear as well. Ford should have done better with this.

but it honestly sounds as if there is something slipping against the body of the car and shifting the entire body as the wheels and tires stay in one place.
If you have aftermarket sway bars check the clamps that they're on tight and not sliding and/or hitting on the frame during swaybar rotation.

Kelly at BMR told me their cradle lockouts will align the rear cradle...which in theory looks like it should. I have not tested it yet since I am still waiting on my car to arrive...but the lock out is probably one of the first things I will do also since I am OCD!

Good on that. There was someone else who was having those issues and it was one of things already checked.

I had a clunk (going over bumps at high power) after installing the BMR cradle lock out kit. Turned out that the big blue bolt was not properly tightened. I torqued it to 129 Lb Ft and it went away.

Any news on this issue? I am having the same issue where it feels like the rear of the car is hopping only while turning left or breaking loose.

I took it to a shop and they tightened everything down they could...but it still hasn't gone away. no use having a car that can shread the tires when it feels like its going to fall apart while doing so.

I have installed the Steeda subframe brace, subframe alignment kit, rear diff bushings, IRS support bushings and BMR vertical links.
