Was swiped presumably in a parking garage. No footage of the incident and insurance is a 200 deductible with the possibility of rates going up. Looked in to automotive touch up and I could get everything for about $50 and try doing the repaint myself. Is this doable or should I just go through insurance?

There are no dents or dings. Just paint that’s been scratched to the surface.

Thank you so much for this awesome write up. I am pretty handy with things so I feel like I can tackle this job. Do you have any input on what paint to use?

I’ve looked a little bit into Dr. Colorchip, Scratchwizard and automotive touchup. Would you recommend any of those? Thanks for your input.
