Has anyone else had issues with their 50 year trunk lid badge falling off? Mine has fallen off for the second time. I had insurance replace the first one since you can't buy the bad without paying over $900 for the entire moulding it is attached to.

Subject to less environmental effect, mine fell off when I closed the trunk back in November. Just re-installed with JB Weld a few moments ago. We shall see.

How did you reattach it? Directly to the rear panel? Thanks!

Removed the foam backer. Loaded the weld on the locating pins and pushed it back in. Left trunk open for 24 hours and it’s not going anywhere
