My Mustang has this annoying habit wherein if I hit a bump (freeway expansion joint, Bott's dot, etc.) with the left side of the car the driver's side window rattles at the top.
I'm unsure whether it's rattling against the metal door frame or the plastic trim piece, but if I keep outward pressure on the window there's no rattle.
I've been working on applying flocking tape to the parts in question but the area is quite tight and my hands are not very small. Has anyone else dealt with this and managed to seal the door frame against rattles?
