Raptor Style Grille

Has anyone seen this before?
I know it's custom work but I'm surprised nobody else has done it. Would love to know exactly how they went about making it.

Looks like a stencil + spray paint along with remeshing the grille.

Doesn't look particularly great, but that's just me.
