The backup camera, aside from not weighing much, is a DOT requirement, AFAIK. However, I agree that it would be nice to have a lightweight (or lighter weight) version, and we could do without the power seats and windows, but then you gotta worry about the engineers going a little crazy and pulling out the carpeting, sound insulation, A/C, radio, and then charging you more for less.
None of that’s going to happen because it’s cheaper to build them all with power windows than it is try to build them two different ways for the handful of people that don’t want them.

Not a big deal, but I’m not a fan of the ramp up speed thing the AC does when u turn the car on. If i left it at hurricane speed its because i want that speed to blow the skin off my face when i get in.
It is the most efficient way to cool the car down as quick as possible

Some newer Fords have an auto switch with three settings for fan speed to overcome this. New Kuga / Escape has it.
