2K miles, no stripes, they're asking $59,800. Don't know if it belonged to a Board member.

I was just there selling something else and I saw it. A little weird seeing it for sale at CARMAX considering all the months of anticipation and wrangling and wailing about ADM we all went through to get ours just a year ago.

I took my '16 to CarMax for a quote. They came in under what a Ford dealer gave, but if the seller just needed to get rid of the car and not trade, CM is an option.

Sounds like a pretty good deal for someone for sure. Might check numbers though and see if it was a motor swap car... Owner might have wanted to get out quick at any cost after going through that mess!

I think it's only about 2000 or less for the ADM here in great Boston area for a brand new 2017 with electronic package. MSRP is about 60K you can get if for around 62K and the car is in the showroom already so you don't need to wait. I got my 17 with electronic pack for 62500 in October and I drove the car home that night.

How is that a "good" deal? Isn't that a higher price than you could option a 2016 up to brand new? I wouldn't consider over sticker for a used GT350 a "good" deal. A buyer may as well do a little legwork and buy a 2017 at msrp instead of that.

That's easier said then done in California. I just walked into a local Dealer the other day and they still asking $40k ADM. it might be easier in SC.

I found a few 2017's with the electronics package for msrp. The color of both cars are black. Pm me if your interested. You can then have the car shipped to you.

They can't sell it. If it is a 2016 it is under recall and they are not allowed to sell it. Spoke to Ford and no remedy till at least March/April. Id sell mine for 58 but no dealer wants it and mine is a '17.

Are you sure its the same for used cars? I thought that law was only for new?

This only applies to new vehicles. A Ford dealer might be apprehensive to take it, but any other dealership probably won't care. If they want to CYA, they can sell it with a disclosure/waiver of the recall.

Ok, here're better pics. And I misquoted the price. As you can see it's $58,9

The Carmax in Ontario has a red one too. Priced about the same. It was listed as a Ford PR car. I wonder what journalists did burnouts in that car. I also wonder if this is the same car.

We'll, we all know California sucks for buying just about anything. You gotta be willing to reach across state lines. No way I'd piss away $40k just to buy in state, when there are plenty of msrp deals elsewhere.
