Will I have to adjust the tire rpm with forscan or will the car throw a fit. Its a 2020 PP1 car OEM diameter has it at 27" front and 27.5" rear. The new diameter will be 26.4" front and 27.1" rear. This is going on a set of SVE X500 wheels that are 19X10 and 19X11.

The car won't complain, your speedo would just be off by a tiny (un-noticeable) margin... maybe 1% or so.

Yep, almost no difference. At 60 your speedometer will show you going 1mph faster than you really are. At 120 it will show you going 2mph faster than you really are.
