Thanks bro, I didn't think a tune would make that big a difference. my best time on the Roush tune was 10.59 vs 10.37 was very happy
That's awesome man.
Get that machine on some E85 if you have it out there. Not many stations out here with E85.

Planning to go E85, H/E, and headers. Should I pulley down from the 80?

Does anyone, who legit has this kit, have a contact at Roush? Phone #? Email address? Something that doesn't just go into some queue and ait for someone to review things?

Apparently, my stalling-at-stop-lights issue is sitting with the Roush Engineering team. They are sending some replacement spark plugs to the dealership however they haven't sent them a tracking # so the dealership doesn't know when the FedEx will arrive. They had Roush send some replacement stuff when the kit was first going in and they sent the tracking info immediately.

I've been without a car for 3+ weeks (September 18th); my frustration levels are increasing while my patience is decreasing. When someone spends $15k on a kit and $2500 on installation there is a certain level of expectation that this stuff will work correctly. In the absence of that, it's time to start shaking some trees if there are any to be shaken.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated or even pointing me in the right direction.

I think it's time to have a more serious discussion with the dealership. I'm sure they can arrange a call for you with someone on Roush side, it would be a very reasonable thing to ask.

Also, it's just a guess, but it looks like some install issue more than anything else to me. Is your dealership ROUSH certified? Dealers have this tendency to blame everything on "it's a tune".

@MCS Gavin helped me last mouth. Good guy.
Thanks. I'll reach out to him and see if I can get some help shaking trees.

Yes, they told me they used to be an authorized Roush dealer; one of the first in the area when Ford and Roush made their partnership. Their Master Tech is also certified in all the things that are required.

At this point, I don't really want to blame the tune or the hardware. I just want to put the two organizations together and get them to sort it out. Being without a car for almost 4 weeks has been pure hell. I can't even drive around to get a winter beater because I don't have wheels to take me places LOL
