If I would attempted another pass I'm sure I could got into 9s and that's on 93 not max effort full weight. I just didn't want to push it lol. The da was perfect that day!
Unfortunately runnin93 we are skirting with danger with high compression and boost may try a race gas tune or e85 later just no e85 where im at.
Race gas with same stoich would be the preferred safety measure for now or boostane/additive is a must.

Mike I reached out to my dealership after your text to have them call Roush to see if there was a new tune… still waiting on a response go figure.
While I’m waiting for a call back from dealer, can anyone on here tell me when the most recent Roush tune was released?

If anyone is interested in the last update for 2018-2020s, it was in December, 2020. I got an email from Gavin on 12/28.

Thanks guys, I need to make an appointment. Is it a noticeable improvement over the last one?

Tuned or stock cal? I believe the roush can do a 9 sec run on 93 but thats all out effort will see if i can this fall with stock converter.
That was tuned with a pulley in the heat.
Same setup goes 9.29 @ 146 on E currently.

December, 2020. There have been 3 versions of the tune for our 2018s. The last one solved a WOT 6-7 shift issue. It supposedly also addressed the tendency of low fuel pressure and catalytic converter issues.

I ran 11.2 quarter mile times on the first version and 10.9 on the latest....similar conditions. The first version had very soft and lazy shifts. I think the engine runs more smoothly on the latest tune and seems to get a bit better highway mileage. Transmission behavior is very good. Overall drivability is excellent.

Based on that I can confirm I am still on the old tune. This car had cat issues, some shifts do feel “lazy” too. While none of it is terrible, I can see how each of those could use a little bit of TLC.

Thanks Bruce
