2019 Mustang GT PP1, Roush Stage 2 SC kit, Roush axel back / x-pipe, chin splitter, aero foil and side scoops, GT350R wheels
I wonder if the Phase 3 kit will be available to the public or just to Roush built cars?
The Stage 3 Roush car SC setup is the same as the Stage 2 kit. The Roush car just has additional bolt ons, suspension and some other mods.

They did for at least the 2021 add additional cooling.

They aren't referring to the "Stage 2" or 3Roush Mustangs. They are referring to the "Phase 3 Supercharger" that makes more hp than the Phase 2 Supercharger, that makes more power than the Phase 1 Supercharger.

When speaking of the "phase 3 supercharger," are you talking about the optional 775 HP that is available on 2021 Stage 3 Roush cars......or something entirely different? I didn't know there was a "phase 3."

Yes, I'm talking about the "PHASE 3" kit.
Not the STAGE 3 cars. I know it is an option for the 2021 Stage 3 cars.

I wonder if it's going to be available for all Roush supercharged cars or just to Roush built cars that come out of the Roush factory?

You are correct!
Phase 3 and Stage 3 are two totally different things.

I donā€™t think the SC is different. It is probably a change in cooling, calibration and maybe the pulley. The 2020 Jack Roush edition makes the same 775 hp.

The Phase 3 upgrade will only be available on Stage 3 cars at this time according to the info I received in a phone call the other day with Roush. The Phase 3 option requires a updated DI pump along with calibration and I believe a different intake.

Considering the Phase 2 Supercharger is only available on the Stage 3 Roush cars, this makes sense. The question is will Roush have the Phase 3 Supercharger available for purchase from vendors and Ford, like they have for the Phase 1&2.

Keep in mind... Roush Stage 2 is not supercharged. Roush Stage 3 is Supercharged.

Knowing the difference between Stage and Phase are confusing to some folks. Stage refers to Roush 'built" cars. Phase refers to the Supercharger itself. Currently Phase 1 is 715 hp, Phase 2 is 750. Guessing Phase 3 is 775 hp, which is what is on the current Jack Roush Stage 3 Mustang. The other two stages are not called Jack Roush. Clear as mud now. šŸ˜

Yes, that is correct about the supercharger. I never said anything about a different supercharger. They're all the same 2650 Roushcharger.
I think it's the cooling and definitely the calibration that makes the power to 775. Perhaps some other items, I'm not positive. But all Phase 1 - Phase 3 Roushcharger cars have the same 2650 supercharger.

Which stage, phase, and edition gets the bigger GDI pump?
The 775 HP upgrade is optional at extra cost on the 2021 Roush Stage 3 models. Different cal, upgraded DI pump, different intake and a BAP.

How many replaced the oil pump gears when having the Roush installed? Did you just use the upgraded Ford Performance gears, M-6600-M50A? And has anyone had any warranty issues from Roush after installing them?
Thanks in advance!

Too bad there is no dyno pulls or actual reviews of the Jack Roush Edition Mustang with the Phase 3 to get a clear picture. I still would think a quality custom tune will still outperform it.
