Looks like you let off after the 1/8, but its moving brother... sorry haven't had a chance to sent you that email. I'll see if I can do it today. Also, did you delete the venturi or whatever its called on the dw400 pump? If you haven't, look into it so you dont run into low fuel pressure codes.
you should never delete the Venturi as that’s what keeps the bucket full of fuel.

dw had a Venturi hose that would rupture in the past its was a clear hose, they now have changed manufacturers.

The new hose style is black in color

I made another run today. Too slippery for the street.

That is bonkers for the street and a 1.96 60'. What tires are you on?

I replaced the hose like 3 times, including putting that new black hose. Im no expert and not saying its the right way. But I read about a few people doing it, and after I plugged it I never had a problem again. Thats the good thing about advices, you can either take it or leave it. Here is what Im talking about in case someone else is interested

@Heatmaker I understand what your saying and know the issue and the solution very very well.

just want to point out that its very dangerous on these cars to eliminate the Venturi.

The F150 Ecoboost gang has lost more then a dozen motors trying to use walbro 525 pump vs dw400 for E85 and what they found out the hard way is: pumps without a Venturi drain the fuel bucket and boom

they too have suffered from ruptured Venturi hoses (clear ones)

Guys, silly question for those of you with std Roush-tune on your cars: Are the flash-file .pc3 extensions, or not?

When I got my car, it was bought 2nd hand with 1000mi on the odo. Herrod here in Melbourne did the conversion for Ford, fitting the Roush TVS 2300 blower, but the obd-2 dongle is by Ford Racing, called a Canelope, using ProCal 3 software.

I never got the pc3 file, just wondering if you guys can tell me your extension on the original Roush file name. Doing some investigation here, looking at getting an HPT nGuage from VMP with canned Roush tune fore the moment, whilst awaiting few more bits before I can fit my VMP Gen2 R blower.

Appreciate your feedback, cheers guys.

PS: Hopefully Rod Herrod will be able to supply me the original pc3 file anyway, as I will need that once I want to restore the stock Ford flash that will allow dumping a new tune for the VMP.

With so many 18+ Roush 2650 blowers running around out there you would think a company would have already come up with an upgraded intercooler brick for this application like are out there for other blowers. The biggest deficiency seems to be the small intercooler brick the Roush 2650 sits on, followed by the inlet being a restriction.

That 3.1 sounds awesome if Roush does it, but they got to go to an inverted blower for cooling and step up their game.

Are the blowers on Zo6, GT500, or hellcats inverted?
