It would be interesting to compare timeslip results of the Roush P2 cal vs other vendor's cals in as close the same conditions as possible.

I know some vendors have compared their cals with P1 but those are self serving ads. Not many people on here have replaced their p2 cals.....yet.

Random question, can the redline indicator on the digital dash be tuned to show where all of the shift points are PER GEAR? It's hard to remember that 6th gears rev limiter is somewhere in the 6k range. Granted, I was looking at speed more than RPM when I shifted on my last run. I was taken by surprise that I actually needed to shift as I didn't know it would run that much faster than my first 3 :)

I just noticed this thread was about to fall to page 2.. Can't have that happen!

Drove my car today.. Was great. I throttled it and it moved :p

Real question for Chainsaw though.. Do you have the BMR CB005 and the Steeda Frame Braces?

I still have my CB005's in a box. Was debating if I should sell and get the full stop the hop package.

I just wanna see who's going to be the first to get the 123 bug fix for the 3.55 cars.

I did just the cb005 and it buttoned up nicely without killing driveability. I'm sure full kit would too though may be a tad more harsh.

When running in soup you rarely need to worry about 123 :)

That is the problem for me... My wife hated my 300a with the PP... Said it drove harsh.. She loves the new one with MR and PP and so do I. I think I'll just do the CB005 and report back. I ran with pretty high PSI in the rears at the track last time (29psi) and had a little wheel hop. I normally keep my rears at 35psi on the street so I guess I will see what it can do.. Next time I'm not reducing pressure in the tires. I'll keep it at 35. Track times aren't really what I worry about.. I want the one off instant hit in Mexico against the guy next to me.. I mean, who is like "wait, I have to reduce tire pressure" before a race?

My car does not have PP. I do have the CB005 cradle lockout kit and while it might help a little, it certainly does not totally eliminate wheel hop. PP equipped models, especially those with MR are probably less likely to have wheel hop issues and CB005 might be all that is needed.

For my car, I have found traction to be the best cure for wheel hop. I will likely pick up some 17X10.5 wheels and some 305/45R17 MT ET street R tires for strip use next year.

I look forward to hearing feedback from those who get the upcoming Roush cal. I doubt if I get it until next spring. Our tracks are closed and we just got 9 inches of snow so running WOT to 123 mph is not gonna happen any time soon.

Nah... I'm patient.. This is my second 18+ Roush setup so I must be a glutton for punishment or stupid. Still haven't regretted it :)
