Thanks for the pictures Doug. Today my blower is off to Jokerz . Ordered my spacers and thermal blanket from FI Interchiller Yesterday . My IC interchiller just arrived yesterday .I do have a Vmp under hood Ice tank going to do what Shift rom rhas done .I think someone suggested a bigger Cwa pump which size would work Thanks . Also I didnt want to go with the 103 throttle body but from what engineer Mike said I will go that route .I will also be ordering the cobra R style hood from cervini I think its a 3 inch cowl hopefully everything fits under it . Were can i get a big enough inlet tube to fit the 103mm from solar also do i need a spacer and what would you recomend size .Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I upgraded to a CWA400 and from what I have read is the highest flow pump on the market. As far as inlet tube, I would ask them who makes one. If the whipple has one which would fit?. You know by adding the Interchiller, thermal spacers and heat blanket I feel will aid so much in keeping the blower cool and keep your AIT2 low which can only help. A three inch cowl hood will definately give your the clearance needed and allow air to be removed from under your hood.

Sorry CWA pump
I got mine from FI Interchiller with their special made -12an male flare inlet and outlet fittings. It does make them more expensive but I wanted AN male inlet-outlets and not the 3/4" heater hose ends.

So I bought 40 amp relays and 8 and 10AWG to wire my CW400, the FI Condencer with fan, Cabin Solenoid etc in. I also will install a delay relay on the CW400 so it stays running 2 minutes after shutdown which also has a low voltage cutout circuit to protect the battery in case it is low.

I also bought my FI intetchiller kit, Whipple Stage 2 kit, QA1 CF DS, GForce Axles, Anderson composite parts, etc from Beefcake. I have found when ordering big items or small, if you have an issue with that kit or part, Beefcake can get answers or resolve any issues you might have much quicker.

Yes, I spoke to several different parts shops when doing my research. After meeting Terry, @beefcake I don't think I will ever order anything anywhere else...lol...tremendous customer service and prices.

In all reality, I always try to give my business to small owner run company's who are working hard to help their family. Not the Corporations who couldn't care less about the people they sell their products to.

Oh boy... the mystery has been solved.

I added the exhaust valves by way of a dual polarity switch and some power to the actuators on the factory active exhaust (mine didn't come with it).
For testing since putting the supercharger on I've had the valves closed so I could hear if the engine was about to grenade itself.

Today I went out to see if I could figure it out, opened the valves... no issue! Boost is down to 12psi, revs cleanly all the way. I caused my own issue there.

I'm so happy, that wasn't a fun time figuring it out.
I do not recommend using the AE or having those valves closed at all. Even if you don't have cat's I don't think it's good for the car. Mine had 0 issues for the longest time but when I had to replace the engine, the AE caused all sorts of issues. There were other things going on but when the car was in quiet mode in the mornings and I cold started it, it ran like shit. Promptly melted the cats... It was a PITA

I do the quiet start and it purrs like a kitten with the Wengerd Tune. I drive in Sport mode when I leave the house so not really any restrictions as far as my OEM exhaust. I might put a high quality exhaust system from Cats back but it will have to have the AE. Dont know which exhaust are rated the highest as far as performance and still not stupid load.
