Hello everyone, never really posted here. I don’t think anyways.. this is my first supercharged car I have owned turbocharged cars before .so I’m thinking on sending my blower to JOKER Performance, but I have a couple questions. I currently have a lethal Performance dual pump set up 1000 cc injectors. [Not installed]And the car is currently tuned on stock pulley for 93 By Palm Beach Dino on RTD. So I’m thinking on having that fuel system installed running E85. i’m not sure on what size pulley you guys seem to have work the best also, I see six rib and eight rib. Does that mean if I go with 8 rib I will have to change the crank pulley ? Also, I see an option to have the blower inlet ported is that even something worth it if I keep a stock throttle body ? If not, which one guys going with?

ps. Sorry if some of this is answered already honestly there’s like 800+ pages and I’m not too computer savvy on how to track down this information.
This is with Dual fuel pumps return system 1000cc injectors E-85 Tune.
From my testing all 6 rib. Unported Blower stock 87mm TB with a 2.7 pulley makes around 800whp. The 2.8 pulley makes about the same. Blower unported will not make more than 13ish on any pulley.
Ported by Jokerz inlet 103MM and outlet ported and a Soler 103MM TB (much cheaper than the Edelbrock 103) 2.7 pulley makes more boost than a smaller 2.5 pulley. 2.7 pulley made 17.4psi boost and 900+ WHP.

That’s exactly what I’m looking for around 800hp. Maybe all I will do is a 2.7 pulley and stock blower and tb. Will I need a new belt for the 2.7 pulley ? Also, I read something about some pulley rubbing on the sc housing ?

I did get the Roush fuel rails from fore. As it looks like they’re the only ones that make fuel rails for our supercharger.

Thank you 😊

I'm using stock fuel rails with an Arcane dual pump system dead head into stock Roush rails. Stock Roush rails can handle over 900WHP. If your looking for 800WHP. Get a Griptech 2.8 pulley. Unported the blower will still make around 13ish PSI Boost. Any pulley smaller than a 2.8 you need to grind the snout down.

@Anyoniom4a1 technically you could keep this really simple with a 2.8 pulley, bap, and flex tuning. It *might* need a dw400 pump but very possibly could get by on the stock pump. This would he good for 800. The problem is that most tuners won’t tune it if you don’t buy more parts, and the vast majority won’t do flex tuning when supercharged.

Dude... I am staying in this thread to live my Roush 2650 dreams through you. Let's see what this can do on the strip! That's amazing! Are you still stock internals, etc? I assume you are but I may be wrong. I hit the lottery with mine... Twice... Been posting on this thread since the first few pages and have read them all but I probably forgot a lot in my old age. Keep it up.
Yes stock Engine and Trans.

What’s the best bang for the buck on a fuel system when considering going to E85 on a 19 Roush ? E will only be used on occasions.

Bap on the stock pump and injecttors, as long as you’re on the stock pulley. Good luck finding a tuner who will “allow” e85 on anything less than a dual pump return style system with id1050x inoectors $3000+ later…

If I would have kept my extra 5 cylinders, I would probably be PM'ing you right now to see if you had any recommendations. I have TBH though, there are two shops in my area willing to tune for E54 with just a BAP on the Roush Kit, two years ago I would have said hell no... And did... Pretty sure I won the Ford 5.0 lottery with my luck. You may be on to something :)

There are some tricks to getting the most out of the stock pump, bap, port injectors, and gdi system. It all adds up to a big difference in fuel flow. I’m running the 2.8 pulley and 103 mm tb in my Roush truck on the stock pump. Fuel pressure is solid and the port injectors are only at 50-60% duty cycle.

Hello everyone . I have been following this site for about a year . I currently own a 2018 Roush Jack Hammer . current mods are Fore Fuel system DW injectors tuned for E85, larger Roush LTR custom 3inch exhaust with jones resonator . My future mods are porting blower and bigger throttle body and 2.8 pulley . I think that autopart set up is awesome . My question is cooling . What do you recommend . is any interchiller system IC or FI worth it . Thanks for any suggestions.

Bigger TB will not gain a lot of HP. Stock inlet is 90mm stock TB 87mm. I have a 95mm TB and a 95-87mm adaptor for sale. FI intechiller is a nice upgrade. Not sure how much it helps when on E85. I would just put it on E85 stock TB and a 2.8 pulley. Make 800whp. If you want more look for another blower.

Thanks for your input Autopart101 . I am not interested in changing my blower as my car is a Roush .I am 55 and my car is not a daily .Just asking for some input on cooling and other mods that really work. I will be porting my blower this winter and going with 2.8 pulley as I dont want to grind the snout . I see good reviews on the forum about the interchiller . I was originally thinking the Roush max cooling system or the PWR brick but can not find any reviews on them.I do have a VMP under hood ice tank that I was planning on installing But i would need to change my CAI which I would not mind but dont which CAI would be best . Any ideas would be great. By the way my car has gone 10.4 at 136 on E MY iat2 was at 152 at end of run , my best run on gas was 10.55 at 134.

Jokerz can grind the snout for you if he's porting the blower. You then need a 103mm TB. Get a solar much cheaper. FI intechiller is a nice upgrade. No more high iats. I would install interchiller over the max cooling kit. Most tunes pull timing at 140. Could be why your not seeing more trap speed on E.

I do not know anything about IC Interchillers. I can't remember the hood brand I went with. It isn't the greatest fit and carbon fiber on the top side. I would go with an Andersons cowl hood. From others I've seen the fit and finish is very good.
