Sounds like the improved roush kits are great, might as well go for it. Just be careful, the power doesn't come on super hard in these cars it's so smooth you'll get in trouble way before you feel like you need to let out of it.
I just about blew past a cop Sunday going 120 in 55. Radar detector saved me. I had no idea I was going that fast. My GF had to tell me.

I have an early build 2018 Roush A10. It's been great. Roush warrantied an updated Throttle Body, and covered the labor for the installation. I recently contacted them about the new LTR and they sent me out one free of charge shipped to my door. (i will look after installation, just too busy right now) My car runs great, and on drag radials ran 10.8 @132 mph at full weight and foot brake. Not going to set any records but plenty fast enough for me to drive around town.

That’s amazing actually with how safe even their updated tune is.

Who did you talk to at Roush for the LTR? Mine was installed in January of 19. As far as I am aware, I have the old TB too and they haven't offered to change it out. Were you having problems with yours?

I can tell mine gets pretty heat soaked when the temp is 103 outside. My MPH in the quarter can vary 10mph depending on the temps.

Left out the Throttle body but still Roush tuned.

Unsure on the temps, but as posted above its cool to the touch. I have not had any loss of power after mutiple WOT runs.

One thing that surprised me was how the sc screamed (prefer it over the whine of most) like a pregnant woman in labor. It’s loud when you go all out. I can hear it over my exhaust it’s so loud and I have a Roush Axle Back and xpipe. The combination is terrifying. I don’t have to ride people asses. They get out of The way. Now when you are just driving around and not laying into it full out, it’s very quiet.
.
Yeah, the Roush SC is not whiney loud like a whipple, its more of a whistle, i prefer this over the loud whine.

Yeah pretty much. I’ve had people follow me and it’s loud enough they can hear it over my exhaust when I’d do some hard pulls. Not sure what they’ve changed but I’ve driven older ones and they didn’t stand out

I've had the Phase 1 kit for a little over a year, excellent driveability and performance with the latest tune. I'm still running the mid 2018 hardware so cooling isn't too great, I'm seeing IATs of around 117 degrees Fahrenheit with a ambient heat index of around 105 - 107 degrees Fahrenheit here in Texas. This is under moderate to hard acceleration though, cruising around you should be able to stay at or a little under ambient temperature. Paired with the A10 transmission the Phase 1 setup hauls ass.

I live in AZ and I have had a 10MPH drop in my 1/4 mile over the coarse of the summer. Mine was installed in January of 19. I have the older heat exchanger and it gets heatsoaked pretty bad here in the summer.

January
12.2 at 124 (2nd time ever with blower, NO traction. 2 runs that day on street tires)

May
12.2 at 113 (street tires)

May
12.2 at 118 (street tires)

Last Friday
12.2 at 110 (20" drag radials)

Friday would have been great if I could have a 118 trap speed. I had fantastic 1/8th mile times compared to the previous 3 runs.

Last Friday
12.2 at 110 (20" drag radials)

Drag radials dropped my 1/8th mile time by over a half a second.. What happened to 14MPH?

to elaborate, the 12.2 at 124 was with a 2.1 60' and an 8.2 1/8th mile at 98mph (with street tires and 2500' DA at 75 or less degrees)

The 12.2 at 110mph last Friday was a 1.8 60' and a 7.7 1/8th mile at 89mph (with drag radials and 4500' DA at 103 degrees).
