yeah that's a dumb as fuck answer. The difference in the 700hp kit with the new LTR and the 750hp Kit is $300. Only difference is the tune. So which is it? $234 or $300? Could be $399 for all we know.
Calm down there turbo :) It was a joke.

Yeah yeah... $70k worth of Roush merc. And they’re giving away shit while making others pay for it. When I called I couldn’t get answer from them. So yeah I’m a little bitchy and sensitive right now.

Still trying to get used to the top of 3rd (Mt82) wanting to put me into the curb.. Had the throttle back and shift early but it's a noticeable difference from the phase 1 tune. Third feels more like 2nd now. The sound of banging into the next gear is half the reason why I bought the slower manual trans. So much more fun imo. Click the picture that comes up to play the video.

What? No posts since Thursday??? Blasphemy! Here is a dyno sheet that someone on Facebook posted. Take it for what it is worth.

It’s in standard so it’s a bit less than shown but it looks good and makes good broad torque

For a safe and good driving street tune, it seems to me that the Roush is pretty impressive. No doubt that the TVS 2650 is capable of power. I look forward to comments from others who get phase 2 or the phase 2 upgrade.

Like to see what it puts down on the 3rd run. Curious why only one run? It's that 3rd run that would answer a lot of questions. Like is it even capable of making a 3rd run?

Well. I had a pretty decent night at the track the other night even though my times don't show it :) Track was absolutely PACKED. There were 260+ cars and I only got two runs. Showed up at 5 to sit at the gates until 6 so the car could cool. At 5:45 they had to let people in because the line was snaking out into a public roadway. I was the first to the tech line and parked to let the car cool for a bit. Got in line at 7:45 because it was super long at that time. I should have just done a run when I showed up and let it cool after that but oh well.. Pushed my car through the staging lanes and managed to kill my battery because all of the accessory time.. DOH! Nothing like getting a jump from a PT Cruiser in the lanes!

Anyway, I could not hook up on either run. Traction was absolutely terrible. First run the car didn't close the throttle at all. Would have been a really low 11 if I could have had a 1.7 60' but alas... I got in line immediately for the 2nd run otherwise I wouldn't have had a chance for another. Took about 2 hours to get to the front and I was letting the car idle at the front keep the pumps on and cooling the IC. She was mildly heatsoaked and closed the throttle to about 70% toward the end of the track.

I am pretty pleased with how she ran minus the traction issues. Car pulled hard. DA was around 2600' for both runs. Other cars were running like crap too. I saw a McLaren 570S run a 14 flat @ 130 on his first run and a 12.5 on his second. Bone stock S550's were lucky to be running 12.7's. There was a Nissan GTR running mid 12's all night long. Hellcats were lucky to be running low 12's (there was one running 10.5 but he was modded).

There was also a guy with a newly installed stage 1 Edlebrock there. He was on street tires and hadn't run the car before. His first run was a 13.9@120 because he babied it too much with TC on. Second run he ran a 12.5@121.

My buddy set his personal best in a 2006 Saub SUV (Looks like a Trailblazer SS) of 12.5@111. It has a supercharged LS motor in it.

Anyway, here are the numbers (don't laugh at the second time).

I have 20" DR's before anyone asks :) GT555R's that *Normally* hook with 1.7 to 1.8' 60' times.

I am assuming this is still with the phase 1 tune....Correct? Just looking at the back half...1/8 to the end....is not what I would expect for FI in 2500 DA . I look forward to seeing your results when you get the new tune.

EDIT: It seems that no one was running very well so maybe your results are to be expected.

23 mph back half. What are we thinking

What should a “typical” back half be for a boosted car?

Aren't boosted cars typically trapping > 130 mph?

Phase 1 tune.

Mine was about 21-22 MPH at the back half when I was stock. It's about 22-25mph with the blower.

Maybe where you are at. Stock cars are supposed to trap 119 as well but not around here. They trap about 113 in AZ.

There are tons of edelbrock numbers on this site showing 118-120mph when boosted.

The blower added about 10-12mph to my speeds at the strip.
