Right this is useless, impressive but not an 18

No offense but we’re talking 18+ cars
Didn’t see 2018’s specifically in the thread title??

Phase 2 installed today didnt really see any lower temps on the ride back home (ngauge for monitoring)but maybe the recovery time and heat soak times will be reduced, got a nail in a drag radial so gonna order new tire hopefully make it to the track soon.

Your inter cooler is bigger because of the rear inlet design, plus you can run a bigger tb

15-17 roush doesn’t heat soak like the 18++
No chit huh? Interesting.

I just heard back from Roush that the Phase 2 tune only should be good to go on Monday. Fingers crossed!

Looking forward to some comments from those who have upgraded. Seat of pants difference and hopefully some drag strip results for you lucky folks who live in Arizona, Florida and other places where tracks might be open.

So, is this new Phase 2 Roush kit better designed to a degree that it's comparable to the Whipple kits? Mostly thinking about heat management, and retaining maximum power by avoiding heatsoak rather than comparing all out power to the Whipple kits since the superchargers on the Whipple's are larger.

Or are the Procharger/Paxton kits the better designed units for managing heatsoak given the massive front mount intercoolers you can get on those? This question is in the context of a road course car rather than just a street light dragster or drag strip car where heatsoak is less relevant for 10-12 second pulls.

yeah that's a dumb as fuck answer. The difference in the 700hp kit with the new LTR and the 750hp Kit is $300. Only difference is the tune. So which is it? $234 or $300? Could be $399 for all we know.
