E85 is 85% alcohol I think and yeah you would have to be tuned for that. It also would void your warranty. It's not available in all parts of the country. But will gain hp and lose mpg. You can get a flex tune which will let you run either but talk to your tuner on that.

You will need to get the car tuned for E85 fuel if you choose to run that. The cost depends on tuner you select. There are several vendors(such as Lethal Performance, Steeda, Beefcake, etc.) you could go through on here to get your tuning device and select a tuner. Most use Palm Beach Dyno or Lund, but there are many options. Do some research and select the one you feel comfortable with. Yes, it changes the cars factory programming in a sense.

cant remember what i ran stock but over here in NTX we mainly run 1/8 ive run some low 7s with just a E85 tune and DRs so it doesnt take much
