If you just go to the Billet Badges website you should be able to find it there, but it says they're currently out of stock. That thing looks amazing dude !!! how does it attach to the hood?
love the new wheels.
The link for the R badge is not working for me. Anyone else having an issue with it?
Yea, for a project like this, I would have definitely found a surrogate hood.Waaaaaaaaaaaaay bigger balls then I!
Thank you sir. I think my computer at work is at fault for the link not working. If you just go to the Billet Badges website you should be able to find it there, but it says they're currently out of stock.
Its pretty amazing how much heat builds up, especially after a session in the summer. Looks like guys are seeing 20-25 degrees of heat reductionYou are a brave man to be sure. However it does looks great and should pull a lot more heat. I'm always surprised when I shut it down and open the hood how much heat is trapped there.
It reminds me of Dr. Seuss..... Oh the places you will go.....Look at you now....
I remember the days where you weren't sure whether you wanted to sell your old 350 and get an R.
Thanks man!Looks great T, really like the new wheel design. All the carbon and hood vent put it on another level!
DOOOOOOO ITTTTTTTthing is bad ass, i want that hood vent lol
My goodness brother. I had the hood ready for cutting for at least a week before I actually did it. Picked the drill up, put it down, and walked away many a time.Nice work.
Nothing more nerve-wracking than cutting a big hole in an otherwise perfect hood.
And reduce some of that under hood lift at speedLooks nasty buddy, should defintiely expel some heat for sure!
Looks like Demonic beat me to itWhere did you get the gr350R side emblems? I like that.
Tomster is watching.....https://www.billetbadges.com/shop/lb6bmyjmhz21srqi8pff9fu90gwuoa
Don't tell Tomster you bought them
I felt like this is how they would have done it in the wild wild west....That's one small step for a man, and one giant leap for mankind!
Or something like that?
Balzy….. and a little bit crazyThat's balzy!
Looks beautiful!
Nah, just reckless lolWaaaaaaaaaaaaay bigger balls then I!
Gracias JefeAs my wife would say:
Tienes huevos gigantes mi amigo...!!!
Impressive!
The second hood idea was mentioned quite a bit, but I got nowhere to put a whole damn hood. Figured if I messed up I could just install a bigger hood vent lol.Looks great. I'm afraid I'd have to buy a second hood and leave the original one alone. But your build style doesn't match mine either.
I have been debating this. Couple solutions are brewing....Too bad it isn't carbon to match all the other work on the car. I'd cringe at cutting into my hood, but you did a great job with it.
Billet Badges is pretty easy to find for them, but they aren't always in stock. Vent attaches with a nut bolt configuration and makes for easy removal. That thing looks amazing dude !!! how does it attach to the hood?

the hood looks awesome, as most others on the site i'd be freaked out cutting my hood up like that.
Don’t freak out. Little known fact is that the GT350 emblems face different directions on both sides. It’s normalany chance you can take a picture of the passenger side GT350R emblem?
