Pushing the Procharger HO Kit to 700RWHP

I think we are pushing the HO kit from Procharger pretty good. It goes to show how capable these kits are, even the HO kit. We just wrapped up some dyno time with our MAK 2015 GT Shop Car. We have made some small changes to the car and the results have been awesome.

The car is equipped with a Procharger H.O. Kit(with HO Intercooler), Deatschwerks 95lb Injectors, 3.60 Blower Pulley(10psi), MAK 4in Inlet Pipe, JMS FuelMAX on E85. For exhaust it has Hooker Blackheart Longtubes, and a Hooker Blackheart catback exhaust.

Tuned with a Diablosport Trinity and Calibrated In-House in Collaboration with Diablosport.

Its just about time to start putting together a fuel system and up the boost again...

Nice... graph is smooth and impressive looking. I've not seen the MAK 4" inlet pipe. Post a picture up. Do you have a plot of the boost curve? When did you hit 10 psi?

Use the injectors your tuner wants you to use.
They are tune out slightly different.

Personally I will tune any injector for my local customers/friends.
Cause it doesn't matter at the end of the day.
However I know a lot of mail order tuners will not do that.

We are using the DW injectors because need an injector that can be very precise when dealing with emissions testing. DW has a quality control level that matches what we wanted from an injector source. (are other injectors come from bosch directly)

This is about where we draw the line though. On this particular car the horsepower at the engine is around 840hp(based on stock numbers), that is beyond what should be expected of a factory fuel pump and we know that.


AFR is still stable and duty cycles look good, but its time for a fuel system.

ID1000 = Injector Dynamics 1000cc/95lb Injectors

ID725 = Injector Dynamics 725cc/72lb Injectors

DW 95lbs = Deatschwerks 1000cc/95lb Injectors

They are simply different brands of injectors.
Some advertise lbs and some cc.

Injector Dynamics are known for being some of the best injectors in the business. Deatschwerks 95lb Injectors are the injectors that Ford Performance puts in he 2016 Cobra Jet Cars. That speaks for itself.

Procharger basically stated the rest.
