Im not sure if this will work for all model years but it worked for me. I was going to install the Grimmspeed Valve Simulators in order to keep my valves open but decided to try another option…and it worked! This is for a 2020 GT350R and it leaves the valves open all the time AND keeps the drive modes!

1.) Turned car on.
2.) Switch to Track mode to ensure valves are fully open.
3.) Pop hood and locate fuse box.
4.) Pull Fuse 34 (Exhaust Valves)

Again, this was for a 2020 model year. Interested to hear if anyone else did this with success.

Thanks, might give that a try. I had thought of pulling off the connectors at the mufflers and tapeing them, but that could be a better idea.

I do know I’ve read this one doesn’t work. You still have power to the connector/circuit and it doesn’t get the signal it’s looking for.

I can’t believe this one hasn’t been tired yet with feedback. Please keep us updated as to if the lights stay out or any other side effects that (might) show up. Great lookin out!

I took my 2017 GT350 to the office today. I will try it at lunch time and report back. LOL I feel like this has to have been tried already.

So far one week in and zero issues. Valves are wide open and drive modes all work. No lights or issues. Only message you get is exhaust mode selection not available

Tried it on my 2017. No luck. Valves stay open, but no drive mode selection available. Which ironically, I had considered mapping my track magneride settings to normal mode so I could get a more linear throttle feel, so it may not matter.

I could individually put the suspension and steering into sport mode, and turn off advancetrac. So while it didn't work perfect, it did work a little.

Thanks OP!

I think Ford may have updated the later model year GT350’s to allow keeping the drive modes active when deactivating exhaust valves. Apparently this was in response to the valves getting stuck on occasion and not allowing drivers to switch between modes. Be interesting to hear if anyone with 2019 and 2020 have any luck.

That's what it looks like. I may keep it pulled because I can adjust everything else, I just have to do it one at a time.

Funny enough, I have a little electrical gremlin, and pulling this fuse helped me diagnose what it isn't. So thanks for that!

2019 gt350 non R. Worked for me. Only thing I noticed is it said "exhaust selection not available" when using console selector. Drive modes went in just fine no codes as of yet.
Thanks OP!
