Yes I got the whole car quartz coated, I paid $250 for the coating. It was multiple coats and had a long curing time in between coats. I believe an hour or two.
Car looks great!! Congrats on your choices.

That $250 price is also amazing. Only one shop in this area does it. You have to give them the vehicle for at least 3 days. Their charge - $900!!!!!

I almost forgot all about this thread, all my attention is on my subaru right now. Its a shame that even with FI the 5.0 will not be able to keep up with it.

How are those 315's in the back doing? Any rubbing. I'm looking at doing those forgestars on my black gt but in gloss gunmetal. Was gonna do 305/30 in the back buy if 315's don't rub I might as well do that
Spoke with my wheel guy this morning, placed an order in that same color! I have no rubbing issues with mpss 315s.

Thank you! I would not do it for $900, personally i would just keep a solid coat of wolfgang paint sealant / Pinnacle wax on it at all times.
I have not washed my car since I had it coated.
All the paint needs is a little tlc, I hit it with a car duster followed by a quick micofiber / wolfgang spritz the results are amazing.

Wheels arrived yesterday, not sure if I want another set of MPSS or something with a little more bite.

I think this should complement your build.

I think you may be right captain.

Might pick up a new mustang to add to the stable.
Does anyone know if steeda offers a customer loyalty program?!:D
I will definitely need another set of steeda springs if the deal goes through.
Should find out today.

Good ole' EJ motor, gotta love Subaru lol

Our lead engineer bought a 2015 STi back in September (or Oct.)

Great cars IMO, can't wait to see our EB run with his STi next year

Nick C.
Agreed , Bought my Launch Edition back in July 2014. The car is just amazing, quick out of the box. Love the STi, can't wait for the GT350:D

Just out of curiousity, how much are you paying to have the CQuartz coating done? I was looking at having it done as well and was wondering about how much it'd put me back.
