The weather is finally decent enough that I will be installing a ProCharger kit on my car tomorrow. I would like to invite folks to come hang out while I'm working on it.

I'm not asking that anyone help with the install, but if you like turning wrenches, I certainly won't say no. I think I'll have most of the dirty work done in the early a.m. anyhow. This would be a good time for local members to come by and shoot the sh!t and check out each others car etc. There is a good amount of parking around my house. Should be able to accommodate about 10 cars in front of mine and my neighbors house and a few more within close proximity and eye site.

It's a small, quite neighborhood with kids playing so I just ask that you don't speed or drive recklessly. Just remember I have to live here after you leave :headbang:

If you have some folding chairs, bring em. We can order some pizza or something in the afternoon if there are a good amount of folks.

You can google my address for directions. 433 Sudbury rd. Linthicum Heights, MD 21090

It's going to be a little chilly in the morning so I'm thinking of setting a time of 11ish and people can show up whenever. I'll probably start working on it as soon as the sun it up and expect it to be an all day affair depending on if I can get it torn down a bit tonight.

If you wouldn't mind letting me know you are coming so I have a general idea if it's 2 or 20 people/cars coming by that would be great.

How's the install going? I wish I could've made it over for a bit.

The E85 station I was talking about. You pump first then pay inside - that was interesting. Spoke to the guy inside and he told me they test every batch to make sure it's really E85. My car agrees with his assessment as my ECA shows that it's at least E85 as well.

There is a Sunoco in Glen Burnie that carries lots of different 5 gallons drums of race fuel. They even have C85. It's all like $10-15 a gallon though.

As for the install, things didn't go so well. The car fought me tooth and nail the whole way. Thanks to TRAKDAY for showing up just when I needed an extra set of hands. As I got into he install, I realized that Process did not send me the idler puller or the bracket and bolt for it. Add to that the thermostat housing that I already bought because i knew it was missing. So I ordered those parts today from ProCharger. I just need to run the BAP wiring to the gas pedal, install the belt and coolant overflow tank after I get the new pulley. I'm going to trying sprucing up the inter cooler since I have time. It's got black spray paint all over the front of it. Overall it was a PITA. Mostly because it was a used kit and you don't have the luxury of everything being nicely labeled. I've had to figure quite a few things out. Like the fact that some of the BAP wiring was cut from the car for a swift removal. I thought I had extra pieces but I just need to splice some things back together. It should be running this weekend though.

That sucks that it came that way. When someone sells a kit to a forum member or anyone for that matter, myopic would think there would be some kind of etiquette associated with the deal. Like giving a guy a heads up on parts that are missing. Even if you are a dick and want to hide it so you can get the kit sold..... At least send a note in the damn box. LOL! Hope you get what you need. I go I. For lazily tomorrow but if I can see by this weekend I will see how you are doing. Keep us posted on when the parts come in.

Yeah good luck with the eye surgery. And had I known there were parts missing from the kit, I still would have bought it but at least I could of had the parts lined up. Anyway, I should have went all the way through the manual and inventoried everything. Owell. The parts will be here tomorrow. I wired up the BAP tonight. I'll wrap up the rest of the install tomorrow most likely. I may pull off the intercooler and drop it off to be polished or at least cleaned up.
