Cooler if it was the 2 door regular cab with the 5.0.

Not cool. Why take a purpose built off-road vehicle and turn it into something that can't go off-road anymore? A regular F150 as a starting point would seem to make more sense although I still think it's silly. I always thought the low rider mini-truck trend in the 80's was dumb too. Take a vehicle meant to haul crap and turn it into something that couldn't haul anything anymore.

Let's not get crazy. If anyone sees the F-150 as a purpose built off-roader (other than the Raptor), they are fooling themselves. I could't tell you how many F-150's I've pulled out of the mud with my wrangler, or my 4runner over the years in my line of work.

The title cleary reads that it's a raptor. That's why I said it was a purpose built off-road vehicle and why a regular F-150 would make a better starting point for a pro-touring build regardless of how silly that sounds.

Would you lower your Wrangler and put low-profile street tires on it?

I saw the title, but I didn't realize it started life as a raptor.

Yep Raptor only @Ragtop1195. I always thought the lower truck thing was cool I.E. the lightning of the 90's and 2000's. While I agree it is a bit extreme to pull off the suspension on a Raptor--that bad ass 6.2, with a whipple on it, makes all the difference! I agree though it would look better in a regular cab DR_, but gotta have the Raptor with that 6.2!

I wouldn't do it, but I like how it's done. Better than the stick on wide body fenders that guys have here. That super wide rear tire is sexy!

Not a Raptor and never was. That was a 2014 SEMA F150. A quick google image search tells all. Would I drive that? Hell yeah, but not as a converted 4 wheel drive. Needs to be the next Lightning, minus 2 doors.
