Aren't the cars built after 1/1/2017 cartridge type? It appears the part number listed is correct for the cartridge filter.

That date is close, it was sometime in Jan or Feb. I need the cartridge type.

I buy my kits from k-mansparts.com as well. Dude is quick with shipping and wraps the bottles in plastic in case they spill. Outside of a dealer being willing to meet his price (fat chance), no reason to go anywhere else.

All 350s built through Nov. 22, 2016 have the spin on filter - all built later have the cartridge type.

This is so funny. When I placed an order on RockAuto, oil was 7.37/quart... I go back to look at it, and it's 8.58/quart now. I guess the price went up.

Rockauto is cheaper if I am just getting the oil, as soon as I add the filter to my order with them it becomes almost identical in price to that of Kmans.

BoostinFD thats exactly what happened with price for me. Was 7.37 a quart so I went and got a cup of coffee and thought about it for just a few minutes. Came back to computer and went to website and what the heck! showed 8.58 a quart. Ain't playing that game. Didn't need it yet any way.

I always buy from rockauto. Cheaper pricing than Kman, and also much cheaper shipping. $8 vs $20+. Just ordered 10 qts of Ford 5w50 for $81~ shipped.
Didn't know RockAuto sold oil. Damn - I even bought my filters from there

Thanks for sharing!

Right now 10 quarts of oil shipped to me is $92.79 from RockAuto. I can get 10 quarts from my dealership right here in town after sales tax for $95.00 so as of right now (or $9.50 a quart total) RockAuto to me isn't such a good deal when for just a tad more I can go right down there and pick it up.

RockAuto is either playing games or they happened to have a price increase sense yesterday. When I checked yesterday I saw the samething as BoostinFD, it was $7.37 a quart, and now looking today it is $8.58.
