So not me but a friend wants to trade me MY premium leather power adjustable heated and cooled seats with some cash obviously on top for HIS black leather recaro seats. Now I know this is not a simple unbolt the seats and bolt them on his car, for mine it should be as easy and that. But I was wondering for his has anyone wired up the power H/C seats into a car that I assume has no power or H/C buttons? I am assuming to just rip out all the seat harnesses and buttons from my car into his and wire it up then install the seats, I know the sync 2 system with both have (we are both premium models) mine will still have the option under the climate option and his won’t but I figured swapping the buttons will clear that up. Anyways has anyone ever done this? Any advice?
