PP2 vs GT350 vs GT350R vs FP Springs

Does anyone have any info on the differences between these? Specifically tha rates and if any are progressive?
My understanding is the R are a more stiff than the 350, the FP are stiffer than both(and progressive?). I'm not sure where the PP2 springs sits other than that the FP springs are also an upgrade for them.
