Today was one of the first nice days here along the front range in Colorado. I took my car to the wash and noticed a few things.

The passenger side wheel had a portion of it that was missing color! The finish was flawless but it looked like milky haze in one section. The section was more gray than black.

The second thing I noticed was the front windshield had lines in the tinted portion near the edges and near the Ford logo by the rear view.

The third was the rear glass...(which we all know about)

I took the car to Brighton Ford and spoke with a gal named Melinda. She took photos of the defects. The salesman who sold the car to me came by and asked if everything was ok. We spoke and he assured me Brighton Ford would stay in contact and he would follow up with me. The service representative was also very nice and willing to help. She said I would receive a call pending a response from Ford within a 3-4 hours. If not 3-4 hours then Monday.

Has anyone else had paint issues on there rims and weird lines in the window edge film/tint?

I had them document the rear glass as well. I told the service rep. that if something does start to happen with the glass or leaks become apparent...Id like to replace that as well.

must be nice my dealer has had my car 10 full weeks to repair and can't finish because they don't know how to program airbags. Hensonford has a bunch of dumbasses working for them. Hell the CEO sectary called them to get the last two parts Tuesday and had them at dealer Wednesday by 12 and called and promised my car back. Now the reviews are on, all bad f them!

Update: Brighton Ford has replaced the windshield and wheel. The first wheel they ordered was the wrong one but a week later, I was back and they installed the new rim.

The windshield was warrantied again due to scratches on the drivers side. This will be the 2nd OEM Windshield the car will have and the 3rd total in its life. It doesnt even have 2000k miles.

My concern is the installation. If the installer doesn't muck up the window flange/pinch weld and gets the right amount of sealant on the glass then the install should be ok. The OEM glass is used. The second windshield was installed "ok". The installer did not take time to ensure the glue didnt push out into the rain guide. Some of the glue did, some didnt.

I wanted to give CeriGlass a try on the scratches first but I may not have the option at this point.

The only issue I'm aware of is, when viewing the rear window from behind the car, the right upper corner of the window sits - to varying degrees - higher than the left (driver) side. I've measured mine and the difference is on the order of 1/16". However, from what I understand, on some cars the difference approaches 1/4".

The left corner as already mentioned. Another one is: When you look in the back mirror, some of us have trouble with the lower 1-2" of the rear window because it looks like a magnifying glass. It looks weird. I checked already some other Mustangs and they do not have that. I can live with it and don't like to get that rear window cut out.
